A 20% deposit for land package per person is required to book a tour. Full payment is required at least 60 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by Personal Check, Bank Check, Wire Transfer, Paypal or Credit card. Paypal & credit card payments will incur a handling charge of 1.5%. Please note payments are processed via our parent company Old Country Golf & Tours and will appear on your transfer/credit card/paypal receipts as Old Country Golf & Tours
Written notice of your cancellation should be mailed or faxed to HENRY GOLF TOURS as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are as follows: 15% is non-refundable plus any deposit required for golf courses transport and or accommodation; 500 Euro will be charged within 30 days prior to departure; 75% of tour cost will be charged between 29 and 8 days prior to departure; No refunds will be given within 7 days of departure. In no case will refunds be made for unused portions of the booked itinerary. HENRY GOLF TOURS reserve the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any time for any reason.
Pull carts are available to most golf courses. (Pull carts need to be pre booked at Old Head) Ride on carts are only available on limited bases at very few courses and must be requested in advance; however, they cannot be guaranteed. The golfer must pay all cart fees directly to the Golf Club. (It is not included in the price of a tour.)
Approximate cost is 35-45 Euro per bag plus tip and can be requested in advance at most golf clubs. Payment is made by the golfer directly to the Golf Club or Caddie. (It is not included in the price of a tour).
All golf is subject to course availability. In the event a particular course is unavailable, a course of equal value will be substituted. The actual sequence of the courses listed in our scheduled tour may also change due to course availability. Courses may carry out drainage or necessary groundwork at any time, Henry Golf Tours will not be held responsible for play affected by this work.
It is required that all golfers carry a current handicap certificate as an increasing number of courses require visiting players to be a member of a golf club. In some cases, certain maximum handicap restrictions apply.
Upon receipt of full payment, our customer will receive a detailed itinerary and all necessary travel documents within ten days of departure. Once released, all documents will become the responsibility of the client. If the documents are required earlier than 10 days prior because passengers are leaving home in advance of the tour booked, we need sufficient notice to arrange for early delivery by regular service. Late bookings will incur an express service delivery charge.
Air transportation is the responsibility of the customer, however Henry Golf Tours can assist with recommending and advising on Air travel. Henry Golf Tours can also refer Airline booking agents based in the country of origin.
Travel insurance for accident, baggage and trip cancellation protection is not included and is strongly recommended. This can be purchased from your local travel agent or online from numerous providers.
All non-Irish & non-British citizens are required to have a current passport. No exceptions will be made.
All tour costs are provided in Euro, equivalent prices may be provided in other currencies for comparison and informational proposes only.
HENRY GOLF TOURS has contracted with independent contractors in securing and booking the services provided in their tours and is not responsible for any negligent act and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives. HENRY GOLF TOURS give notice that in issuing coupons, vouchers or tickets conveyance or transport by any means, and in making arrangements for golf, hotels or other accommodations, they are acting not as principals but as agents only for the companies, corporations or persons providing or offering their service. HENRY GOLF TOURS is not responsible or liable, with respect to person or property, for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity however sustained or suffered during any trip or tour arranged by them. The responsibility and liability of international air carriers are subject to international conventions limiting their liability, which limitations of liability are contained on the reverse side of your airline ticket and form part of the terms and conditions hereof.
Travel Agents warrant that each client has been provided with and advised to carefully review a copy of the foregoing Terms and Conditions and that the customer fully understands that he/she is subject to said requirements and policies.
